All appeals filed by the prosecutor against the Defendants are dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds of appeal is that the Defendants issued a certificate of entry and discharge even if the patients who received the surgery at Maom were not in need of hospitalization and were not hospitalized for more than 6 hours.

2. The court below stated the reasons in detail and found the Defendants not guilty of the primary and conjunctive charges on the grounds that it is not enough to recognize that the Mamomomo-m surgery does not require hospitalization or the patients did not actually be hospitalized after the surgery. In light of the reasoning of the judgment below, the judgment of the court below is just and acceptable, and the prosecutor’s assertion is without merit.

3. Therefore, the prosecutor's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
