A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

A victim C (V, 50 years old) was a person operating a cafeteria located in Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, and the victim F (V, 56 years old) was an employee of the said cafeteria, and the Defendant entered the said cafeteria as a customer from April 2013 to the said cafeteria, and the victim C was frequently avoided a disturbance at the said cafeteria on the ground that the victim C does not harm the Defendant and her troke from April 2014.

1. Obstruction of business;

A. On June 1, 2015, from around 18:20 to 18:50 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) demanded the victim C to provide alcohol in the above restaurant; (b) however, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by avoiding disturbance between approximately 30 minutes, such as putting the victim at the seat of the mar in Busan on the ground that the victim did not provide alcohol.

B. The Defendant, from around 18:30 on June 3, 2015 to 19:00 on the same day, sent alcohol to the victim C, but on the ground that the victim does not drink with others, “I do not drink with others”;

Along to about 30 minutes of the disturbance, such as putting the large interest of "one defect" and taking a bath, it interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.

On June 4, 2015, from around 18:29 to 18:50 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force by avoiding the disturbance between 30 minutes, such as putting the victim C with the larger interest of “influent area,” on the ground that the victim C reported the Defendant to the police.

(d)

On June 9, 2015, from around 11:00 to 11:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim’s desire to undergo alcohol at the above restaurant; (b) but, on the ground that the victim did not perform alcohol, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by avoiding the disturbance between approximately 30 minutes of bitbits.

Accordingly, the defendant has a total of four times power to inflict damage on the victim.
