Punishment of the crime

1. On December 15, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the business of December 15, 2017, at around 21:00, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by avoiding the disturbance of approximately 30 minutes, such as drinking, and allowing the restaurant customers to go to the restaurant, thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant business by force.
