A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the president operating a music private teaching institute and a public book room, and the victim C (the 13 years of age, the 13 years of age, and the 2 years of age) is a student with the above private teaching institute operated by the defendant.

1. 2. On July 21, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime of July 21, 2016: (a) around 14:00-15:00 to 15:00, referring to “in cases of refusal to do so if he/she does not do so” in behind the victim’s et al., who was seated in the book and is going to school within the boundary of the public book as indicated in paragraph (1); (b) the Defendant took charge of the shoulder of the victim; and (c) he/she committed an indecent act against the victim for about one hour, by inserting his/her hand to the brode, without going through any speech of the victim; and (d) putting his/her hand to the brode

Accordingly, the Defendant committed indecent act against the juvenile victim by force.

3. The Defendant committed on August 4, 2016: (a) around 17:00-19:00 to 19:00 on August 4, 2016, 201; (b) was the victim who was protruding the victim’s shouldered on his/her shoulder inside the boundary of the public book as described in paragraph (1) of this Article; (c) was responsible for shouldering the victim; and (d) the victim was able to have the victim shouldered with his/her shouldered with his/her shouldered, etc. from the following behind, such as the victim, and she was able to take the victim’s shouldered with his/her shouldered hand, and put the victim’s shoulder back to the bend of the victim’s hub.
