A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant has 500,000 won in fraud to P (2019 early 190) who is an application for compensation.

Punishment of the crime

On August 12, 2018, the Defendant, “2018 Highest 2016,” referred to as “the fact that Q-site accessed to Q-site and sold S-et tickets in spite of no intent or ability to sell the S-et, and he received 140,000 won from the victim’s name bank account from August 24, 2018, thereby deceiving the victims as if he/she had the intent or ability to sell various T-books, such as the attached list of crimes (1) up to August 24, 2018, and acquired them by deceiving them nine times.

On August 31, 2018, the Defendant, “2019No38,” made a false statement that he/she would sell KRW 300,000 gift certificates to the victim U, despite having no intention or ability to sell gift certificates, and that he/she received KRW 220,00 from the victim to the W bank account in the name of V.

Around August 17, 2018, the Defendant reported that “2019 Highest 713” posted a notice to the effect that “cont diskettes is inserted,” by accessing Q website at the residence of the Defendant in Ansan-si and Y during the period of August 17, 2018, the Defendant acquired KRW 11,41,700 from the total 57 victims to receive KRW 37,00 from the Defendant’s bank account (AB) by transfer from the victim to the Defendant’s account by March 25, 2019, as shown in the attached list of crimes (2).

Around August 27, 2018, the Defendant reported a letter to the effect that “AC purchases performance diskettes” by accessing Q site at the residence of the Gu X building and the Defendant’s Zina located in Anyang-si and Y-si, and that C purchases performance diskettes.”
