1. Around 01:03 September 4, 2020, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the property of the victim; (b) on the part of the victim B; and (c) on the part of the victim B, the Defendant stolen the articles located in the vehicle in the front parking lot of Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, and stolen the property of the victim and the victim’s property with a macker blade (17.5cm in total length, 6.2cm in length, 6.2cm in length) that was parked in the said parking lot by the victim B, with a knick blade (17.5cm in total length, 17.5cm in length, 6.2cm in length) that was parked in the said parking lot; and (c) on the part of the amount of 2,901,734 won in total, a knife amounting to 5,000 won in the market price of the victim’s possession.

2. Around 01:08 on September 4, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened a steering room behind and opened dangerous objects, which was parked in the parking lot as set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article; and (b) threatened the Victim F with the knife set forth in paragraph (1) above, on the top of the victim F (Nam, 39 years old); (c) called “a knife to knife to knife” and “a knife to knife to knife”.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

3. On September 4, 2020, around 01:30 on September 4, 2020, the Defendant attempted to steals the articles located in the C apartment I-dong underground parking lot as indicated in paragraph (1) from the victim H, and attempted to open a joint door door of the J Costaex Corpicker, which was not corrected by the victim H, and to steals the articles located therein, but did not have anything that could be stolen.
