Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and a fine of one million won.

The Defendants did not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. From January 2013 to July 15, 2013, the Defendant, who violated the Act on Special Measures for the Control of Public Health Crimes (illegal Medical Service Providers), operated a gram “D” in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, and provided one grams with the gramscopic system and operated a gramscopic procedure for profit-making purposes, such as using a flascopic to put a flascop into a flascop, and receiving five to two million won in return.

B. From January 2013 to July 15, 2013, the Defendant, who violated the Medical Service Act, opened an Internet blogs (E) of the said “D” place from January 2013 to around July 15, 2013, and advertised the clogs and addresses and contact numbers of the said “D” (F).

2. Defendant B

A. From November 2012 to July 13, 2013, the Defendant was not a medical person, and operated a literature clinic called “H” in the Sungnam-si G from around November 2012 to around July 13, 2013, and was engaged in medical practice for the purpose of profit-making, such as having a single letter of money equipped with one to find the place and having the same colored to the softens of the said letter of money, and receiving the price for such practice.

B. From November 2012 to July 13, 2013, the Defendant, who violated the Medical Service Act, opened the above “H” Internet Blogs (I) at the said place, and advertised the grammatic procedure by stating the name photograph, address, and contact information of “H”.
