A. Defendant A, B, C, D, and F are punished by imprisonment with prison labor and fine of KRW 1,00,000, and Defendant H.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who engages in literacy practice with the trade name “K” at the building located in the Osan CityJ. A.

No person, other than medical personnel, shall perform medical acts in violation of the Act on Special Measures for the Control of Public Health Crimes.

Nevertheless, on May 23, 2013, the Defendant, at the above office, issued to L’s arms with a coloring door up to fluoring on May 23, 2013 and received KRW 100,000,000,000, following the Defendant’s backing door up to fluoring on his arms, by using the fluoring machine, fluor, fluor, etc. for literature practice at N’s office. On June 2013, the Defendant received KRW 150,00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.

Accordingly, the defendant was not a doctor but a medical practice for profit-making purposes.

(b) No person other than medical persons violating the Medical Service Act shall make an advertisement on medical treatment;

Nevertheless, from wintering around July 2012 to July 11, 2013, the Defendant opened an online portal site 'O' with a computer, and posted a photo and the address, contact address, etc. of a literature, office, etc. to place an advertisement on the literacy.

2. Defendant B is a person who engages in the door practice on the first floor of the building located in the P in Osan City, with the trade name “ Qu”. A.

No person, other than medical personnel, shall perform medical acts in violation of the Act on Special Measures for the Control of Public Health Crimes.

Nevertheless, the Defendant received KRW 200,000,00 from the office of Q Q as follows: (a) by inserting color straws to the fluory of tynas by using the machines for literature treatment, excessive, fluoring, etc. in the office of Q Q, thereby impairing the horse pattern on May 2013, 200; and (b) by receiving KRW 200,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.

This aims at profit-making even if the defendant is not a doctor.
