A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Receipt of marijuana;

A. On June 24, 2019, at around 22:31, 2019, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase marijuana from a Buddhist hemp seller, which he/she became aware of through the Internet at the location of the Cbank DF Center located in Seosan-si B; and (b) deposited KRW 90,000 in the CF account in the name of E designated by the said seller; (c) on June 24, 2019, the Defendant purchased and sold 0.5g of marijuana at the CF bank DF center located in Seosan-si (hereinafter referred to as the “CF”); and (d) on June 24, 2019, around 00:01, the 0.5g of the CF, which was concealed in its name in advance by the winners of the foregoing name.

At around 01:00 on June 24, 2019, the Defendant continued to purchase and sell marijuana at H convenience stores located in Suwon-si, G, and deposited KRW 500,000,000,000 from the account in the name of the deceased, who was designated by the above deceased. On the same day, the Defendant sold and purchased marijuana approximately 3g of the hemp, which was concealed in advance by the deceased on the gas pipeline of the housing pipe located in the valley-dong, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

B. On July 2019, the Defendant purchased marijuana from the early 21:00 to the early 23:00 on July 21, 2019, to purchase and sell marijuana by the same method at the H convenience store located in Suwon-si, the Defendant deposited KRW 700,000 to the non-official account designated by the said non-official. On the same day, the Defendant purchased and sold the marijuana by bringing about about 3g of the said non-official’s name at the officetel’s parking lot located in the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On June 24, 2019, around June 24, 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way that, around June 24, 2019, he deducteds tobacco consular leaves contained in one cigarette at the Defendant’s residence located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and J, puts the marijuana of approximately 0.5g, among the marijuana purchased as referred to in paragraph (a) of the above Article, puts it into a breath, puts it into a breath, and smokes in a way that smokes by drinking.

B. On July 2019, the Defendant, while serving in the middle of the July 2019, smoked tobacco leaves contained in one cigarette in the Defendant’s residence located in the Haan-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and the J of 23:00 on July 23, 2019.
