A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. The Defendant purchased and smoked marijuana on March 26, 2019, along with D Bank C, on March 19:28, 2019, transferred KRW 220,000 of the hemp price to a bank account (G) in the name-free marijuana seller (E: hereinafter “E”) at the station station station station of D Bank D Bank located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on March 26, 2019, and received approximately 1g of the hemp price on the first floor of C, the day after receiving approximately 22:30 on the same day after taking out two pieces of tobacco in the vehicle of B operated in the vicinity of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Seocho-gu, Seoul, and then delayed drinking water by 0.5g, respectively.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased and smoked marijuana in collusion with B.

2. On March 30, 2019, the Defendant purchased and smoked marijuana with the above B on March 30, 2019, and transferred 220,000 won for marijuana to a bank account in the name of the above FF, which is managed by the seller of the said marijuana (E: hereinafter “E”) at the discharge area of the D Bank located in Seocho-gu Seoul High Court on March 30, 2019, and around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant received approximately 1g of marijuana at the outside air conditioner on the first floor of the non-furg in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and received approximately 2:30 on the same day after taking over 22:50 pieces of tobacco within the vehicle of the B operated in the vicinity of the Seocho-gu F, Seocho-gu, Seoul, with the content of 0.5g of marijuana.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased and smoked marijuana in collusion with B.

3. At around April 19:23, 201, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 220,00 to a bank account in the name of the above FF administered by the said seller (E: “E”) in order to purchase marijuana at the station station of the D Bank located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; (b) however, the Defendant did not receive marijuana at the wind of the said seller’s contact with the said seller.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with B to purchase marijuana, but did not bring about the intent.
