Punishment of the crime

On December 17, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective weapon, etc.) at the Gwangju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 28, 2016 at the Net Prison on January 28, 2016.

1. Fraud;

A. On March 11, 2016, around 05:15, 2016, the Defendant ordered the victim C’s singing room of the victim C’s operation, namely, payment of the amount to the victim.

However, the defendant did not have any means of payment such as cash and card at the time, and there was no intention or ability to pay the drinking value.

The defendant was provided from the injured party with alcohol, i.e., an amount equivalent to 120,000 won at the market price, and did not pay the price.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

B. Around 03:40 on January 31, 2016, the Defendant issued an order to the victim F, as if the Defendant were to pay the amount to the victim at the instant singing room in the management of the victim F, who was on the second floor G and the second floor.

However, the defendant did not have any means of payment such as cash and card at the time, and there was no intention or ability to pay the drinking value.

The defendant was provided from the injured party with alcohol, i.e., an amount equivalent to the market price of 100,000 won, and did not pay the amount.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

On February 25, 2016, the Defendant ordered the victim I to pay the amount to the victim at K points in the management of the victim I in the J and the fourth level of Macheon-si around 02:10 on February 25, 2016.

However, the defendant did not have any means of payment such as cash and card at the time, and there was no intention or ability to pay the drinking value.

The defendant was provided from the injured party with alcohol, i.e., an amount equivalent to 57,00 won at the market price, and did not pay the price.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim.
