A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. [2013 Highest 1480] On May 12, 2013, the Defendant, at around 20:30, received alcohol and alcohol equivalent to 510,000 won in total, including 2.80,000 won in each of the two diseases, such as “typers,” and 3.0,000 won in each of the two diseases, including an employee F, and 480,000 won in each of the two diseases, including “typers,” and 30,000,000 won in each of the three weeks, from the victim D in Yangcheon-gu, Seoul.
