A was undergoing a frequent cosmetic surgery by Defendant B and C, and during that process, it was well aware that, as a psychotropic drug, Defendant B and C appeared to have physical and mental addiction or dependence on psychotropic drugs (psychotropic drugs falling under Article 2 subparag. 3 (d) of the Narcotics Control Act), and that as a result, it was required to administer a medication for psychotropic drugs by undermining a simple cosmetic surgery (i.e., a single spacin, a “chine”, and a “baccine”, etc.) for the purpose of administering a propool for the purpose of administering a propool.

1. Defendant A

A.
