1. Defendant A, including the status of the Defendants, is a medical doctor in childbed, and is a medical practitioner handling narcotics, who established and operated a medical institution in the trade name of “AJ” on the 6th floor of the Seoul AI building in Gangnam-gu, Seoul from May 2003, and Defendant B, as a medical practitioner handling narcotics, who established and operated a medical institution in the trade name of “AL” on the 5th floor of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Building from March 1, 2005, and who is a medical practitioner handling narcotics, Defendant C, D, and E working as an artist.
Defendant
A used propool as a general anesthesia and psychotropic drug while conducting a simple cosmetic surgery, such as Kapy-si, or an psychotropic surgery from around the opening of the medical center. Defendant B also administered “propool” around the opening of the medical center and conducted an Immm or a simple cosmetic surgery in the surface of water. Some customers who continuously and repeatedly found the hospital of the Defendants appear to depend on propool or addiction, such as requesting for additional administration of propool regardless of the procedure even after the procedure, and demanding it actively. As such, the Defendants, a medical specialist, did not use propool in performing a simple cosmetic surgery, or Ims surgery without any need for anesthesia. Furthermore, the Defendants, as a medical specialist, should not prepare and keep a specific person’s propool, may depend on propool or addiction, and should not prepare and keep a false psychotropic drug for any purpose other than a psychotropic drug for any purpose other than a medical management register, and should not use it for any purpose other than a psychotropic drug for any purpose.
On the other hand, the defendant C was from around 2006.
