1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a cooperative established to implement a housing redevelopment project in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government O members, and the plaintiffs are the members of the defendant's association.

B. From February 3, 2014 to April 3, 2014, the Defendant issued an announcement of the application for parcelling-out and notified each member of the application for parcelling-out, and notified each member of the application for parcelling-out to extend the period from April 4, 2014 to April 23, 2014, and notified each member of the extension of the application for parcelling-out and extension of the application period for parcelling-out.

D. On April 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) provided guidance on an application for alteration of the parcelling-out style that the application for parcelling-out shall be filed within the period of application for alteration from April 20, 2015 to April 24, 2015; and (b) an application for alteration of the parcelling-out style shall not be changed if the application is not filed.

At the time, the rest of the union members, excluding P of the above No. 4, did not apply for the alteration of the sale grade within the relevant period.

E. On October 21, 2015, the Defendant holds a general meeting for administration and disposal and makes a resolution on the management and disposal plan, and the head of Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government disposition is taken by the management and disposal plan on March 18, 2016.
