Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant is a housing redevelopment and consolidation project partnership which obtained authorization on May 16, 2008 from the head of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “head of Mapo-gu”) for the purpose of implementing the housing redevelopment and rearrangement project (hereinafter “instant project”) on the land size of 62,245.8 square meters in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G G G, and the Plaintiffs are owners of land, etc. within the said rearrangement project zone.
B.
