A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 23, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim C at around 21:27, 2016, in the second-story female toilets underground of D Building in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, the victim C (n, 21 years of age) entered the female toilet, and taken the form of the victim, who is deemed to be melted using the victim's camera function, in the toilet space where the victim entered the above female toilet with the victim and reported the change of melting the victim, for the purpose of shooting the appearance of the victim.

Accordingly, the Defendant intruded on the building managed by F of the management office E, and taken the body of the victim, who could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using a mechanical device with a camera function, against his will.

2. On December 23, 201, at around 23:01, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim G, the victim G was in the second-story female-use toilets underground of the said D Building, and the victim’s appearance was taken by putting the victim into the above female-use toilet in a toilet for the purpose of shooting the victim’s melting the appearance of the victim’s melting the victim’s melting the victim’s melting into the above female-use toilet for the purpose of shooting the victim’s melting the appearance of the victim’s melting the victim’s melt 4 smartphone, the Defendant owned by the said smartphone, and putting the victim’s melt 4 smartphone into the above smartphone function.
