Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the chairperson of C Party D.

No one shall make, or have another make, a contribution to an election for a candidate (including a person who intends to become a candidate) or a political party to which he/she belongs (in such cases, making contributions by disclosing the name of the candidate or political party to which he/she belongs or in such a manner as presumed to make a contribution to the candidate or the political party to which he/she belongs shall be deemed to be a contribution act for the candidate or political party in connection with the election in question), notwithstanding the fact that the defendant, from January 12, 2016 to 20: (1) "F" of the 6th floor of the E building from January 18: 30 to 20: G (B); (3) 60 members of the National Assembly; (4) - 60 members of the Gu, including H, I, and J, 60 members of the Gu to whom he/she belongs; and (5) members of the Gu to whom he/she would make a preliminary contribution to the candidate's election; and (60 members of the Gu, 60 members of the National Assembly;

As a result, the Defendant made contributions to the election of National Assembly members of No. 20 G(A) and G market re-election, which was held on April 13, 2016, for C party.
