A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1.5 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1.00,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A was selected as a candidate for a political party D(D) of the 7th simultaneous local election at the same time, and Defendant B is a member of the party C.

1. A member of the National Assembly, a local council member, the head of a local government, the representative of a political party, a candidate or a candidate, and his/her spouse shall not make contributions to persons in the constituency concerned, or institutions, organizations or facilities, or persons having relations with residents in the constituency concerned, or institutions, organizations or facilities, even if they are located outside the constituency concerned;

Accordingly, the defendant provided a total amount of 250,000 won to those in the constituency concerned and made a contribution act.

2. No person who intends to be a candidate or a person who intends to be a candidate with respect to an election, shall make, or have another person make contributions to, the election;

The Defendant, at the time of around March 2018, declared D/ Do Mama Declaration through the press, etc.

A wanting to hold a commemorative Q in the O, who is a former leader in the Republic of Korea, recruited volunteers to distribute the whole, and recruited them as volunteers upon request by the defendant's children through the defendant's children.

The Defendant, at around March 10, 2018, received a request from Q from A to be responsible for distribution and received a request from B to be responsible for distribution, and distributed a full-time contribution to the distribution. Nevertheless, the Defendant, as a person responsible for distribution, should have volunteers R et al. participate in the event, to 14 people and residents of the constituency who participated in the event.
