Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 15, 2020, at the C-Gu Office Economic Transport and Parking Control Office located in Changwon-si B around 13:30, the Defendant asked D public officials working therefor to pay a fine for negligence only once in relation to their parking regulation twice in children protection zone, but D provided that it cannot do so according to D's provision. Accordingly, the Defendant’s notice of payment of a fine for negligence cited in C-gu hand was teared following D's face, and continued to gather the chair for civil petitioners, and then was collected from the public officials E who were in charge of counseling on fines for negligence next to D.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the control of parking violations and the legitimate execution of civil petition counseling for public officials.

However, the defendant stated that he is aware of and against the facts of crime.

There was no record of punishment and agreed with the damaged public officials.

E It does not seem that he was a deceased member.

In addition, the sentencing conditions, such as the age, character and conduct, environment, circumstances, circumstances after the crime, etc., shall be determined as per the order.
