Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On February 1, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Central District Court on February 1, 2018 and completed the enforcement of the sentence at the Seoul Detention Center on June 20, 2018.

Around July 31, 2018, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 150,000 from the victim as the purchase price for cleaning period through the International Bank account (J) account in the name of the Defendant and received KRW 150,000 from the victim. From that time to August 17, 2018, the Defendant deceptioned 36 victims in the same manner as the attached Table 1, and received KRW 5,184,500 in total from the victims.
