Reasons
Punishment of the crime
At around 01:10 on March 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) contacted that F and G, an employee of the said “C,” who is an employee of the said “C,” and went to the future of the said “EM,” as a person who runs the human materials handling business with the trade name “C” in Ansan-si, Seosan-si B 101.
The Defendant: (a) reported that the police officer I, who belongs to the police station of the Ansan-gu Police Station before the foregoing “Eju”, tried to arrest the said F and G as a crime of assault; and (b) prevented the Defendant from arresting the F by putting him with sound “I, Doing away, Doing away, Doing away, Doing away, Doing away, Doing F.
On March 3, 2013, the Defendant continued to be arrested in a flagrant act by the F and G, and carried with the H police box located in the jurisdiction of the National Assembly member of Ansan-gu, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and called as the above H police box, and carried out a disturbance by having the police officers in the above H police box covered F’s swimmings. On March 3, 2013, the Defendant obstructed the police officers’ legitimate execution of their duties by assaulting the H police box door, which was cut away from the above H police box from K, etc., and cutting the lock door into the lock box, and pushing the lock door, which was pushed out with the Gap’s own left hand, and pushed it into the lock box, and thereby interfering with the police officers’ legitimate execution of duties in relation to the instant case.
