1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months;

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics;

A. On August 21, 2012, the Defendant smokeed marijuana: (a) on August 21, 2012, 23:30 Busan Northern-gu, the Defendant: (b) 0.5g of the hemp leaf leaves 0.5g, written in the pipe for smoking; and (c) dump the hemp in a way that smokes are cut by attaching the fire.

B. At around 10:45 on August 23, 2012, the Defendant possessed approximately 15 marijuana seeds and approximately 0.03g of marijuana seeds brought into the United Kingdom for smoking at the above Defendant’s house.

2. On August 23, 2012, the Defendant violated the Control of Firearms, Swords, Explosives, etc. Act without obtaining permission from the chief of the competent police station, carried explosives by inserting 13 ball cartridges that were charged to M (M) 16 small guns at the above Defendant’s house in vinyl wing.
