Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person in possession of marijuana shall carry marijuana, its seed coats, or its seed coats for the purpose of smoking or taking in marijuana;

A. On June 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) collected marijuana leaves, which were born in a mountain near the Defendant’s house located in Gangwon, and stored them in a paper, and possessed them until November 19, 2018 by drying them.

B. From October to November 2018, the Defendant possessed by up to December 17, 2018, in a way that, between around October 2018 and around November 2018, he/she collected shots of hemp seeds that grow in the vicinity of the storage area located in Gangwon C, and stored them in tobacco locks.

2. No person shall smoke or take in marijuana or its seed coats.

Nevertheless, at around 22:00 on November 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) made marijuana leaves in the Defendant’s house Gangwon B’s house into a dys tobacco; (b) stored the hemp leaves in a dys tobacco; and (c) smokeed in a way that smokes go by attaching a fire.
