A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. In November 2012, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting approximately 0.5g of marijuana in the Defendant’s house located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, in a tobacco pipe and attaching a fire to a smoke.

2. Around July 23, 2013, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5g of marijuana in the above Defendant’s house by the foregoing method.

3. On July 23, 2013, the Defendant kept approximately 81.8g of marijuana in plastic boxes, etc. at the above Defendant’s home, and continued to hold the seeds of hemp and hemp plants for the purpose of smoking by inserting approximately 531.6g of hemp seeds within the between the Defendant’s Fenz’s apartment parking lot in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul.
