Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

If a brokerage business is intended to be run, the registration authority shall register the establishment of a brokerage office.

Nevertheless, on September 27, 2012, the Defendant, without registering the establishment of a brokerage office with the registration authority, arranged a lease agreement on the “F building in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government” within D real estate located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and received KRW 150,000 from E as brokerage commission.
