1. Any person who intends to commit a joint crime by Defendants shall ensure that wastes are not leaked in the course of collecting, transporting, and storing wastes, and shall not pollute the surrounding environment by keeping such wastes in an enclosed storage facility or storage container so as not to prevent the divulgence of industrial water therein;

A around January 2018, around 2018, after transferring the livestock breeding facility and approximately 20 marine, about 200 marine, about 200 marine, and about 70 marine to Defendant B, notified Defendant B of the method of collecting food waste, the method of food waste collected to livestock, and the method of collecting food waste on behalf of Defendant B.

On May 2018, the Defendants stored food wastes collected from a restaurant, etc. in the middle of the Korean War, etc. on the neighboring land of the livestock breeding facility, and gathered them to create livestock feed by putting them covered with vinyl on that part.

The Defendants did not keep approximately one ton of the food wastes collected from restaurants, etc. in the storage facilities or storage containers, and did not store them on the above land, as it is, in accordance with the foregoing conspiracys, in the middle of May 2018, the Defendants contaminated the surrounding environment by letting the water generated from the food wastes flow out to the neighboring soil.

2. A person who intends to recycle wastes, such as a single crime committed by Defendant A by using such wastes as plant residues, etc. for his/her own livestock, shall prepare facilities and equipment in compliance with the standards prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Environment and file a report thereon with the competent authority.
