A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On August 24, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for eight months with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (refluence of alcohol measurement) at the Changwon District Court’s branch on August 24, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 1, 2017.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed multiple scams, etc. that require treatment for about 14 days to the victim (the Defendant and the defense counsel) (the Defendant and the defense counsel suffered bodily injury by the victim who prevented the Defendant from causing a disturbance, such as a scam, and do not assault the victim. However, according to the evidence duly adopted and investigated by the court, the Defendant asserted that, according to the evidence duly adopted and investigated by this court, the victim was scam in a singing room, the victim’s behavior was committed by the Defendant, the victim’s behavior was committed by the victim, and the Defendant was sealed with the victim’s neck and wall.
