A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No music practice businessman who violates the Music Industry Promotion Act shall drink alcoholic beverages with customers, singing or dance in a singing practice place for the purpose of profit-making;

At around 20:30 on January 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) operated a singing practice hall with the trade name of “E” in Kimpo-si D; (b) assisted male customers F to drink KRW 25,00 per hour by having a male customer F pay a 25,00 won by having a singing practice room; and (c) assisted the Defendant to drink with the said customer or to provide entertainment.

2. The victim C (61) suffered special injury was around 01:00 on January 27, 2017 at the above “E” singing practice room, where the said G was waiting to take time with the said FF at two times.

At around 01:40 on January 27, 2017, the F set forth in the above singing practice room 2. As above, in order to prevent the victim from being removed from the above F and to escape out of the room because it was revealed that the police sent out of the fighting match by the F and the victim caused injury to the victim, such as the face of the victim one time by an empty glass disease, which is a dangerous object in the surrounding area, and the victim suffered injury, such as the inside of the right side, which requires treatment for about 14 days, in order to protect the victim from the face of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.
