The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Facts charged;

A. On May 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 19:15, the Defendant committed assault against the Victim B, who was able to scam in a singing practice room operated by the Defendant at the time of Scam music practice; (b) took a bath after having scaming in a microsculcing room used by the Victim B (15 years old); and (c) the victim was called “the above sub-scam as a funeral,” and (d) the victim was scam back to the corridor; (c) the victim was scam back to the corridor; and (d) the victim was scamed one time with the wall and scamed by hand; and (d) the victim was scambling the victim’s face at his/her hand; and (e) the victim was tightly sealed by the police at his/her singing corridor.

B. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, committed assault against the victim E (15) by hand while disputing with the victim E (15) who is the land in the above B, the victim’s face was sealed from the sing corridor to the victim’s face, and the victim’s breath was tamped with the victim’s face.

2. Determination

(a) Applicable legal provisions: Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act;

(b) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.

C. After the prosecution of this case, a written agreement containing the victims' expression of non-existence of punishment should be concluded.

(d) Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
