A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On December 9, 2015, the Defendant sentenced the Gwangju District Court to six months of imprisonment for the crime of indecent act by force, etc. on December 9, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 5, 2016.

A.
