Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Interference with business;

A. On April 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 17:50 on April 10, 2015, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s internal-point business by prohibiting customers who wish to purchase a scambling by entering the store in spite of no intent to purchase the scambling within the “D cambing point” operated by the victim C (43 years of age) in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si; (b) from purchasing the scambling to sell their scamblings; and (c) from purchasing the scambling to smoke in the store,

B. At around 08:00 on April 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) expressed that the victim F (n, 56 years of age) located in Ansan-si E (hereinafter “FF) brought in the G convenience store operated by the Defendant without any justifiable reason, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s convenience store business for approximately 30 minutes by avoiding disturbance, i.e., “I ambling the cirm cirbine, knb, and convenience store flabing off”; and (b) throw out the cired glab purchased by himself on the floor; and (c) throwing the victim who was in the carter at the same business place.”

2. 관공서 주취소란 피고인은 2015. 5. 1. 22:10경부터 22:45경 안산시 단원구 광덕2로 127 호수지구대 내에서 만취하여 아무런 이유 없이 “야 개새끼야, 시발놈들아, 내가 보지 벌려줄까 똥구멍으로 해봤냐, 좃같은 새끼야, 내가 살인마가 되겠다. 야 너 이리와 봐, 나랑 섹스 한 번 하자, 니가 결찰이냐. 나랑 맞짱드자 미친새끼, 너 뭐라 씨부리냐, 야 너 옷벗어라 내가 좃 빨아줄게, 썅년아 농약 좀 사와 시발년아. 니 가족 지키고 싶으면 사와”라고 욕설을 하며 가지고 있던 지갑과 물이 들어있는 종이컵을 던지고 입고 있던 바지를 벗는 등 35분가량 관공서에서 주취소란하였다.
