A shall be punished by imprisonment for three months.

However, with respect to Defendant A, the above punishment shall be imposed for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. Defendant A

A. On February 4, 2015, from around 18:00 to 20:00 on the same day, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s real estate brokerage by force by failing to enter the victim’s real estate brokerage by having the customers entering the office where they were under the influence of alcohol, such as holding the F Real Estate in front of the “F Real Estate” operated by the victim D, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Seoul-si, with standing in front of the “F Real Estate” operated by the victim D, and wishing the said “F Real Estate.”

B. On July 20, 2015, from around 04:40 to 05:20 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim G, on the ground that he was under the influence of alcohol in the members’ installment savings of Ansan-si, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol in the emergency room of the Jung-si University Hospital in Ansan-si, and that he was receiving medical treatment and claimed a large amount of medical fees, thereby interfering with the maintenance of the order of the victim’s emergency room by force.

2. Defendant B

A. At around 20:00 on February 4, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the Defendant’s her husband before “F real estate” operated by the wife of the Victim H located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and assaulted the Defendant’s her husband with his her her son, who flapied with the victim, and flabed the victim’s flab, and flabed the victim’s her chest by hand.

나. 모욕 피고인은 위와 같은 일시, 장소에서 인근 상인인 I 등이 있는 가운데 화가 나 피해자 H에게 “너 쑈 잘한다. 남자새끼가 되가지고 꼬추 다 떼어버려라, 개새끼야!”라고 큰소리로 말하고, 위 H의 처인 피해자 D에게 “니가 소문냈지, 쌍년아!”라고 큰소리로 말하여 공연히 피해자들을 모욕하였다.
