Punishment of the crime

1. On February 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven a Denz car at a 2km section from the front day of the alcohol house in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, about 0.112% alcohol level without a driver’s license, while under the influence of around 18:30 on February 20, 2013.
2. On February 20, 2013, the Defendant’s unlawful uttering of official documents: (a) controlled the Defendant’s pro-friendly G in the name of the Defendant in the name of the head of the Korean National Police Agency, which is an official document in the name of the Defendant, on the ground of drinking driving on the road in front of the North Gwangju-dong Office located in Gwangju-dong, Gwangju, and (b) exercised the official document unlawfully without authority for the purpose of exercising the Defendant’s driver’s license by presenting the Defendant’s license for pro-friendly G, which is an official document held by the Defendant, as the Defendant’s driver’s license.
3. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place as above 2, entered “G” in the signature column of the principal driver’s circumstantial statement report prepared by the E District H affiliated with the Seoul Northern Police Station E District, and continuously signed the “G” in the signature column of the principal driver’s disclosure report prepared by the said F, and presented it to the said H and F, respectively.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising the above, the Defendant forged and used the following methods: (a) a person who prepared a statement report under the name of G, which is a private document concerning the fact-finding without authority; and (b) a person who arbitrarily prepares a driver disclosure report; and (c) a driver disclosure report.

4. On December 19, 201, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) and the Road Traffic Act (divated driving) on the road front of the “7080 head office” located in the Southern-gu Seoul Southern-dong around December 23:10 to the front road of the MBC broadcasting station located in the same Gu CBC broadcasting station in the same Gu.
