When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in livestock farming business in the followingsan City B. A person who raises livestock shall not ensure that livestock excreta not properly disposed of flows into public waters under the Water Quality and Aquatic Ecosystem Conservation Act.

Nevertheless, around October 18, 2013, the Defendant discharged livestock excreta generated from livestock pens managed by the Defendant into a man room adjacent to a farm storage house and discharged livestock excreta as a main bridge, which is public waters.
