When the defendant does not pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in livestock farming in the following city C. A person who raises livestock shall not ensure that livestock excreta not properly disposed of flows into public waters under the Water Quality and Aquatic Ecosystem Conservation Act.

Nevertheless, around April 17, 2014, the Defendant discharged livestock excreta generated from livestock pens managed by the Defendant into the junter, which is a public waters adjacent to livestock pens, around 15:30.
