1. The term “the result of the lawsuit” in the list of the instant lawsuit (attached Form 1 through 38) is concerning each of the documents indicated as “Dismissal.”

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On April 15, 2018, the Plaintiff filed a claim to the Defendant for information disclosure on each of the documents listed in the list (attached Form 1 through 38) with the exception of “the resident registration number, address or domicile, place of registration, contact information and telephone number, occupation, age, criminal record, reward and decoration, military service, education, career, family relationship, property, income, religion, and health condition of the relevant persons.”

B. On May 1, 2018, the Defendant rendered a decision to disclose to the Plaintiff on May 1, 2018, regarding the “case Number” stated in the “Case Number” of the Public Prosecutor’s Office listed in [Attachment 1, 38, that the Defendant shall make a closed decision on the part of the documents listed in the list in [Attachment 13, 14, 15, 19, 22, and 38, the part of the documents listed in [Attachment 1, 10 through 16, 10 through 16, 19, 21 through 23, 30, and 38, and (4) as to the remaining documents, on the ground that the Plaintiff has repeatedly filed a claim for non-disclosure, partial disclosure, and termination of the existing request for information disclosure.”
