1. Each of the instant lawsuits listed in the [Attachment 1 to 40] column for “the result of litigation” in each list as “a rejection.”

Details of the disposition

A. On November 29, 2017, the Plaintiff filed a claim for the disclosure of information on the part other than the resident registration number, occupation, dwelling, place of registration, criminal record, prosecution disposition, decoration and decoration pension, military service, education, career, family relationship, property, monthly income, religious, social organization membership, health status, etc. of the Defendant (attached Form 1 through 39).

B. On December 8, 2017 (Attached 1 through 38), the Defendant, on the ground that the documents indicated in the “subject document” in each list were “written claims for non-disclosure, partial disclosure, completion, etc. through existing claims for disclosure of information,” was closed in accordance with Article 6(5)1 of the Enforcement Decree of the Official Information Disclosure Act. [Attachment 39] The documents described in paragraph (2) of the “subject document” in the list were disclosed. [Reasons for Recognition] Facts without dispute, Gap evidence No. 1, Eul evidence No. 1, each entry of the whole pleading No. 1, and each "litigation result" column in each list of the whole purport of the pleadings, which is stated as "Dismissal", are in an administrative litigation in relation to whether a lawsuit seeking revocation of disposition to refuse to disclose information on the documents entered (hereinafter referred to as "documents specified only by the number and sequence in the attached Form No. 39") is legitimate (attached Form 39) and (2) [Attachment 40].
