1. Details of the disposition;

A. On August 14, 2019, the Plaintiffs, as attorneys-at-law, requested the Defendant to disclose the information on the documents regarding the soil purification order issued by the Defendant against the E- refining shop operated by the Defendant (hereinafter referred to as the “instant training shop”) in the Standingbuk-do D.

On August 29, 2019, the Defendant rendered a decision to disclose the above part of the information disclosure request as follows, and rejected the disclosure on the ground that the documents listed in attached Table 1 (hereinafter “information of this case”) corresponding to the documents on which the performance is reported falls under Article 9(1)4 and 7 of the Official Information Disclosure Act (hereinafter “Information Disclosure Act”).
