Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

around May 24, 2014, the Defendant posted a letter as if he/she sold the contact pockets on the Internet Nibera website, and made a false statement to the effect that “If he/she first transfers money, he/she will send the contact pockets for 15 weeks” to the victim C (the age of 26) who calls for this.

However, there was no intention or ability to send contact diskettes to the victim in 15 weeks.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 100,000 won from the new bank account (Account Number:D) in the name of the Defendant from the victim, and acquired 80,000 won in total on seven occasions from the City to June 10, 2014, such as the attached Table (1), from such City to June 10, 2014.

Around May 16, 2014, the Defendant, “2014 Highest 7251,” inserted a letter “sale of a Abbcomet” on the bulletin board at the skin located near the Incheon Bupyeong-gu International Station (www.cafe.naver.naver.com/joint venturera) and then sent the contact book to E who reported it to the victim E who contacted.

However, at the time, the defendant did not have the above tweet, so even if he received the money from the victim, he did not have the ability to send the tweet.

As above, the Defendant, as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes (2) including false statement to the victim E, received KRW 88,00 from the victim’s agricultural bank account in the name of the Defendant, and obtained KRW 1,889,000 from the victim to July 10, 2014 in total 14 times, and acquired KRW 1,889,00 from the victim.

Around August 6, 2014, the Defendant reported to the victim that “The Victim F purchases LGpoet 2” posted on the Internet trading website in the PC room where it is difficult to know the trade name near the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu East-gu, Incheon.
