A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

On June 22, 2014, at around 06:19, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Amera, etc.) due to the posting of photographs with the victim’s consent, and posted a copy of the photograph taken by the victim with his/her own clothes connected to “D” on the Internet site NAV, using his/her mobile phone, and with the victim’s name’s unknown consent on the bulletin board, one copy of the photograph taken by the victim and one copy of the photograph taken by the victim with his/her own clothes attached to the door.

Accordingly, the defendant can cause sexual humiliation or shame.
