Around 17:30 on December 16, 2012, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license, driven a car with approximately KRW 10 km from the French-gu Seoul Gangseo-gu Kimpo Airport to the front of the Gaogas filling station No. 563, Gegi-si, Gegi-si, Gegi-si, Gegi-si.
