Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 30, 2012, at around 10:15, the Defendant driven a G car at a distance of about 500 meters in front of the Katol Hospital located in the Nam-gu Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, from the street in front of the Katol Hospital to the street in front of the ethic market distance in the middlewest-gu.
