A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On February 9, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court, and on November 17, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court Branch of the Incheon District Court. On December 28, 2012, the Incheon Detention House completed the execution of the sentence.

1. From January 4, 2013 to January 17:22, 2013, the Defendant habitually cut off the victim’s driver’s license, resident registration certificate, cash amounting to KRW 20,00,00 won, one credit card holder, one new credit card holder, and one bank physical card, and then cut off the wall amounting to KRW 700,000,000 at the market price of one bank from that time to January 16, 2013, the victim C came to open to the shopping car room located under the ground of the 357-1 underground floor located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si. In addition, the money and valuables amounting to KRW 2,82,00,00 in total, and KRW 2,00 in total, as stated in the separate crime list I by the aforementioned method, from that time to January 16, 2013.

2. On January 4, 2013, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act: (a) purchased 3 money from the “F” bank operated by the victim E located on the third floor of the building D in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si; (b) presented to G, an employee of the said gold bank, the new credit card completion of the stolen C’s name, as stated in the foregoing paragraph 1., as if he were the credit card owned by the Defendant, and paid 840,000 won of the purchase price.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving G, obtained the above net gold bullion owned by the victim from G and acquired it, acquired it, used a stolen credit card, and acquired it, and used the stolen credit card from such time to January 16, 2013 in the same manner as the foregoing in attached Table II, and acquired precious metals worth KRW 2,985,900 in total on six occasions from such time to January 16, 2013, and used the stolen credit card.

3. The Defendant who attempted to commit fraud shall be operated by the victim I located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on January 8, 2013.
