A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. At around 20:00 on March 15, 2013, the Defendant cut off the victim D’s house located in Chuncheon City C 201, using the victim’s locking with one copy of Samsung Credit Card owned by the victim, Nonghyup Cash Card, one copy of the victim’s resident registration certificate, one copy of the victim’s resident registration certificate, six thousand won in cash, and an amount equivalent to 40,000,000, each of the market value of one LG Smartphone’s market value, and 70,000,000, respectively.

B. At around 08:30 on April 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with one bank having one copy of the victim’s resident registration certificate, which had been in the victim’s possession of the victim’s cash 22,000 won; (b) one head of passbook; (c) one cellular phone; and (d) one copy of the victim’s resident registration certificate, and one copy of the victim’s resident registration certificate.

2. On March 16, 2013, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) purchased goods equivalent to KRW 5,200,00, such as call 1 disease, small 2 disease, and new tin 1 tin, at the convenience store in the operation of the victim H in Chuncheon-si, G; (b) on March 16, 2013; and (c) the Defendant completed the purchase of goods at the convenience store in
