Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 26, 2013, at around 00:08, the Defendant told D police officers who received the report to the king of Gyeonggi-do by boarding the freight of the above C and moving the cell phone to the king of Gyeonggi-do, by taking off all of the cell phoness and moving the vehicle to the king of Gyeonggi-do, as the Defendant did not have been arrested even though he was caught by a telephone at 112, under the influence of alcohol, even though he did not have been caught by a telephone at 112.

From the 27th day of the same month in which the defendant's location was discovered due to the above false report, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning crime prevention, suppression, investigation, etc. of 100 police officers including E, who are police officers belonging to the Busan Southern Police Station, Busan Police Station, the Gyeongdong Police Station, the king Police Station, and the Military Police Station, who are police officers belonging to the base station around the defendant's mobile phone, by tracking the location of the defendant's mobile phone and continuously searching the location of the base station.
