A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

No evidence seized by the defendant shall be confiscated.

Defendant has no fixed occupation.

1. On December 23, 2016, around 19:20 on December 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the victim’s 201-dong 201-dong 103 of Busan Shipping Daegu Apartment Complex 201-dong 103, and infringed on the victim’s house; (b) caused a theft of KRW 1,00,000 at one market price of the victim’s house owned by all of the family members in the crepit of the house; and (c) caused a theft of KRW 2,30,000 at a price equivalent to KRW 30,000,000 at a two market price in the crepit of the house; and (d) KRW 1,000,000 at a price equivalent to KRW 1,00,000 at a price equivalent to KRW 1,000,000 at a Paris located in the Paris.

2. On January 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around January 28, 2017, the Defendant: (b) went into the house of the victim H (V, 63 years old) of Gangseo-gu G apartment 204 Dong-dong 104, Busan Gangseo-gu; (c) opened the Victim H (V, 63 years old); and (d) intrudes on the Victim’s house; (b) the victim’s look at the victim’s house using the crepit of the house, which was located in a small display room, was at the victim’s KRW 30,00,000 at the 1 set market price of the vehicle; and (c) 115,000,000-type car 14 market price at the 14th Sacheon-gu Ga, Busan-gu Ga; and (d) stolen the victim’s house worth KRW 145,00,000,000.

On February 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around February 21, 2017, the Defendant: (b) around February 16, 2017; (c) around 102-dong 102-dong 103, Busan Gangseo-gu, and caused intrusion upon the victim’s house; (d) opened the unrecied beer window and intruded the victim’s house; and (e) opened an interim door between the beer and the inner bank and opened the inner door; and (e) removed the victim’s smallpos, three, three, three, three, three, one, one, one, one, one, and three, three, and three,00,00 won in total, including the half-do 102-dong 103, and half-do 38,000.

4. On February 19, 2017, at night, the Defendant: (a) around February 19, 2017: (b) around 20:0 on February 19, 2017; (c) around 20:0, K 201, K 201, and L 202 (42 years old); (d) opened a bera window and intruded on the victim’s house; and (e) infringed upon the victim’s house.
