A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From September 15, 2012, around 14:00 on September 25, 2012, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim’s residence by means of the victim’s house, 109 Dong-dong 102, Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, and then opened in front of the victim’s house C; (b) two gold bars equivalent to KRW 2,00,000 in the market price of the victim’s house; (c) one gold bars equivalent to KRW 2,00,000 in the market price; (d) three gold sheets equivalent to KRW 1,00 in the market price; (e) three gold bars in the market price; (e) one precious metal scrap; and (e) one swine tree 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 14 K and other things owned by the victim.
2. The Defendant: (a) around 15:00 on December 31, 2012, the victim E, who was a deadly weapon in front of the victim E’s house in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, 203-dong 203-dong 102, damaged the victim’s house by destroying the brudy window, which was a deadly weapon in front of the victim E; and (b) invaded the victim’s house through the benda window; and (c) stolen the victim’s house with a 1,00,000 won per market value at the victim’s house; (d) one brud bank in the market value; and (e) one fludemine in the part of the women’s house in the market value.
3. Around 16:00 on February 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim’s residence by using the bera window opened in front of the victim’s G house, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, 114 Dong 103, 103; and (b) cut off the victim’s residence with one half of the market price equivalent to KRW 5,000,00,000, which had two credit cards in the victim’s mother H bank located in the victim’s home, including 30,000 won in cash, driver’s license two; (c) one half of the half of the market price, approximately 10,000,000 won in the market price; and (d) one examination color of KRW 49,000,000 in the face of one’s check.
4. From February 22, 2013, around 17:00 on February 22, 2013, the Defendant was in front of the Victim I, J apartment No. 101, 101, and 101, in front of the Victim I’s house in Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
