Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is a C agency employee in Si interest City B.

(1) On July 29, 2014, the Defendant: (a) had not obtained the consent or delegation from the victim to the new application for the purchase of a mobile phone; (b) had the victim’s mobile phone in the Cagency without obtaining the consent or delegation from the victim; (c) had the victim’s mobile phone opening in the name of the victim; (d) had the file of the “new service contract” stored in the PC PC ID package for the purpose of opening a mobile phone; (d) had the customer information column for the application for the purchase; (e) written the electronic records by means of using another’s name, such as making the entry “D” in the customer column for the application for the purchase; and (e) making the registration after making the application for the new purchase of the mobile phone; and (e) the Defendant, on the same date and at the same place, exercised the electronic records in the method of registering the said electronic records by stealing the victim’s name in the name of the victim; and (e) had the Defendant registered the said electronic records in the said method at the designated location.
