Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 19 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2018 High 805" worked as an employee of the KT agency, and kept identification cards cans stored at the time of changing the mobile phone devices of the existing customers. After using the name of the customer, he/she opened a new mobile phone by stealing the name of the customer, he/she had the intention to acquire the money by means of cutting off the core chips and cutting off the mobile phone devices.

1. Crimes committed on May 26, 2016;

A. 2. Crimes committed on June 2, 2016;

A. On June 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) prepared a new contract for the SK Telecom at Samsung H located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, without D’s consent; (b) entered the name “D”; (c) “F”; and (d) entered the address “N101-104” in the contract; (c) forged one copy of the D’s name by means of signing D’s signature in the next place; and (d) submitted the forged contract to an employee who is unaware of such circumstances.

B. The Defendant deceiving the employees of the Victim SK Telecom Co., Ltd by making an application for opening a mobile phone by stealing the names of D as above at the above time and place, and he received approximately KRW 99,900 from the injured party with Samsung Ggal ju (hereinafter referred to as “S7 mobile phone”).
